You have the right to present gratuitously the character to other person.

Thus:

1. Sale of the character for game money, real or any other kinds of the goods, services Is forbidden.

2. At donation of the character transaction registration at forum is not obligatory (except for point 6 of the present rules).
2.1. If you make out the transaction at forum it can serve as the proof
- Innocence of mults of the face who have presented the character, in case of the law infringement by the presented character made after transfer of the character
- Innocence of the new owner of the character, in case if the presented character will be convicted of infringement of the law made till the moment of transfer of the character to the new owner.

3. The character is considered presented after performance of following actions:
Change of the password of the character
Change e-mail password restoration in the registration questionnaire
Change of the registration information (record in the questionnaire that the character is presented, is not obligatory)
Change of the password and email from forum

4. After you have presented your character, it still is your mult in current of 1 month. Therefore in current of 1 month you cannot spend battle between the presented character and other your mults, except for the championship, storm of the lock and city cup.

After transfer of the character to other owner, this character still is the mult of the old owner in current of 1 month and in current of this time can be punished together with the old owner in case of infringement by the old owner of laws of game.

5. The presented character can be represented to the third party.

6. It is possible to return the presented character back to its former owner.
6.1. At returning of the presented character to its former owner transaction registration at forum is obligatory.
6.2. At returning of the presented character to its former owner in the transaction at forum the consent of the Judge is necessary to receive the second and subsequent times.

If you have decided to issue donation of the character at forum, follow following rules. The transaction issued not by rules, cannot serve as the proof of transfer of the character and will not release you from prosecution by the law in case of infringement corrected the character whom you have presented.

In the transaction should be minimum of 2 messages.

1) the Topic is created by the character whom give. it is impossible to create topic any other characters. It is impossible to create topic the basic character and to write, that you give the mult. The topic should be created the character whom give. If this character is not registered at forum, register it before donation.

The topic name: Transfer of the character <nick>

Message about donation:
I, the owner of the character <nick>, give the character to the owner of the character <nick2>. The password from the character and from forum has transferred <way>.

Where:
<nick> - nick of the character which you give.
<nick2> - if the person to whom you give the character already has one or several characters in ViM, nick of one of them. If has no, write to "the new player".
<way> - way to which you have transferred passwords.

2) the Message on acceptance of the character: the Message should be written on behalf of the accepting character. If the character is accepted by the new player he should enter on forum the accepted character and to write from his name.
The Character <nick> has accepted, the password has replaced, e-mail has replaced, the registration questionnaire has changed, the password from forum has replaced, e-mail from forum has replaced

For example:

Characters cannot be borrowed, given for a while, to hand over in hire, exchanged etc. It is possible to present only. In the transaction about donation of the character cannot be specified what additional conditions of transfer. The new owner of the character is its full owner as though he has registered this character.
