Rules of bank activity.

1. In bank activity any participant of game has the right to be engaged.
1.1. Any participant of game has the right to give or borrow.
1.2. The licence for bank activity is not obligatory.

2. Bank activity of players is divided on licensed and not licensed.

3. Players not having the licence have no right publicly to suggest to put up money in its bank or publicly to ask on credit according to point 3.3. The Code of laws.

4. The players who have received the licence for bank activity have the right to create at forum in Transaction section the separate topic devoted to the bank. And also other ways to advertise own bank.

5. Licences for bank activity stand out game administration.
5.1. The administration of game has the right to refuse in licensing.

6. The requirement to the player for delivery to it the licence for bank activity:
- Payment at a rate of 3 gold.
- Own means which are in possession of the character (after payment payment) before bank opening: not less than 50 gold.

7. Licence withdrawal condition. During realisation of bank activity own means which are in possession of the character, at any moment should not be less than 20 gold. In case of absence of the demanded sum at the character with the licence for bank activity at the moment of check, the licence responds.


For reception of the licence for bank activity it is necessary for new banks:
- To transfer 3 gold to the character "Creator"
- To be convinced available 50 gold on the character.
- To create topic in Transaction section about the bank, where to write rules, tariffs and inquiry about licensing.
