If you suspect, that have not simply forgotten the password, and your character has been stolen, give demand about breaking:

In case you have forgotten the password from the character, you have possibility to restore the password in the next ways:
I) If you have specified at registration correct e-mail and did not remove the tick, resolving to send the password take advantage of service of reminder of the password on e-mail (the Reference "Has forgotten the password" on the main page). Pay attention, that password dispatch will be exactly made in 24 hours after you will order it. If you or someone else enters your character into game in current of these of 24 hours, password dispatch will be cancelled.

II) If at you it has not turned out to restore the password by means of service of reminder of the password, you can fill the demand for restoration of the password by the administrator of game. Password restoration by this way stands 3 gold.

1 step. Be convinced, that 5 days or more did not come for the character. If 5 days have not passed yet your demand will not be accepted.

2 step. Transfer 3 gold on the character "Creator" from other your character or ask to make it your friend who knows, that the restored character belongs to you. In the transfer reason specify nick of the character to which needs to restore the password.

3 step. Write on admin@fawgame.com the letter in which specify strictly on points:
1) "Restoration of the password to the character" and nick of your character.
2) Describe, how you have forgotten the password. For example, long did not come into game, have just created the character and have not written down the password etc.
3) whether you Tried to take advantage of password reminder on e-mail? If tried, write when and what results were.
4) whether you registered this character or it to you has been presented. If it is presented, write when also whom, give the reference to topic with transfer of your character at forum if such was.
5) Compare day and time into which you last time came for the character, with day and time of last entrance from info of the character. Whether they coincide?
6) Try to write approximately what was your password. It consisted of letters or only from figures? Write any part of the password if you remember it.
7) Write nicks of your mults which remember.
8) Describe some your last transfers. To whom also what you transferred?
9) If such is, specify nicks of several characters which know you and could testify, that e-mail from which you have written the given demand, belongs to the owner of the restored character.
10) Write, if wish to add something or you have any other information which could testify that it really your character.
