In the conditions of the transaction transaction terms should be necessarily specified.
Termless transactions are considered incorrectly issued since time of responsibility of your partner will not come never.
If in the conditions of the transaction time terms are specified as follows "Poste restante" or "To the first requirement", your partner has 24 hours to execute the part of the contract, after your requirement.

To start performance of your transaction it is possible only after your partner completely will agree with transaction conditions.

All other transactions incorrectly issued will be closed with the moderator answer: the Transaction is issued incorrectly, the request to renew the transaction

Registration at forum of the transaction does not guarantee that your partner is able satisfy transaction condition. You should estimate own risk.

Transaction registration at forum guarantees only that if your partner does not satisfy condition under which he has subscribed, to him the death sentence will be taken out. And the reason on which he could not satisfy transaction condition can be absolute any, it interests nobody.

That to your partner the death sentence has been taken out, it is necessary for you to create in section of forum "Bans" topic with the name: "Conditions of the transaction with <name of the character> are broken". In the message place the reference to topic with your transaction. While you do not declare infringement of conditions of the transaction, your partner will not be punished.

In case of death sentence removal, the property of your partner will completely be confiscated. And you do not receive any indemnification in the account of losses from the transaction neither from property of your partner nor from anywhere still.

If at sentenced to death penalty there are mults, they are sentenced to death penalty together with the basic character.

Your transaction at forum will be stored at least in current of month after term of its end. If you do not hand in the statement on forum in section Bans within 1 month after the termination of term of the transaction the transaction will be considered executed with both sides and can be removed from forum.

Registration of termless transactions is forbidden. The maximum admissible term of duration of the transaction - 3 months. Then the transaction can be prolonged by confirmation declared before conditions all participants of the transaction. Exception - transactions of the players who have received the licence for bank activity. The transactions connected with bank activity, can be declared as termless.


If in the conditions of the transaction sanctions are not stipulated at infringement of arrangements, the death penalty will be punishment.

All participants of the transaction should act at forum under nicks of the characters participating in the transaction. The reference that the character such my mult and I speak for it, is not correctly issued message in the transaction.

At the conclusion of transactions it is necessary to specify the transferred sum or item precisely.

All obviously incorrectly issued transactions leave moderators.
