The defender.

The defender is not included into game administration. Its task to finish to administration of game opinion of participants of game on concrete question of realisation of justice in game. The statement of the defender has consultative character and in case of its publication in the appeal it should be accepted in attention the administrator considering the appeal. The final decision under the appeal can mismatch the statement of the defender.

1. Rules of choice of the defender.
1.1. The defender gets out of number of heads of clans of game.
1.2. The defender is not the administrator of game and cannot be chosen from number of administrators of game.
1.3. The defender does not get the salary for the work from game administration.
1.4. The defender has no right to receive or demand any compensation for the work from participants of game.
1.5. In what way to choose the defender and for what term solve chapters of clans. The defender will be considered chosen, when
- At forum in Appeal section in new topic nick will be named and for it will express more than 2/3 heads of clans
- Or for it will express more than 1/3 heads of clans and against its nominee will not act more than 1/3 heads of clans in current of 3 days.
1.6. The nominee of the defender will be considered replaced, when
- At forum in Appeal section in new topic nick of the new defender will be named and for it will express more than 2/3 heads of clans
- Or for it will express more than 1/3 heads of clans and against its nominee will not act more than 1/3 heads of clans in current of 3 days.


2. The rights of the defender.
2.1. The defender has the right at forum in sections Bans and Appeals to express opinion on behalf of players of ViM.
2.2. In case of charge someone administration in infringement of the Code of laws, the defender has the right to demand from administration of game of the proof on the business, accusing the infringer.
2.3. The defender has the right to express opinion on justice of application of punishment to the player in its appeal, being based on the proofs of fault of the player given to it, the code of laws of ViM and other rules published at forum.

3. Restriction of powers of the defender.
3.1. The defender has no right to giving of the appeal on behalf of other participant of game.
3.2. The defender has no right to express in the appeal submitted not under the established form or from another's name.
3.3. The defender has not the right to disclose the information given to it and fault proofs on business if they are the classified information. What information is confidential the game administration defines.
3.4. The defender has not the right to discuss publicly the code of laws of game or its rule. Probably only discussion of validity or not validity of fault of the defendant.

4. Removal of powers of the defender by game administration.
4.1. In case of infringement of point 3 the administration of game has the right to deprive of the defender of the post.

5. Realisation of activity of the defender.
5.1. The defender solves any questions of the organisation of the activity independently.
