If at you have stolen your character, you are necessary for giving demand about cracking. All characters of the swindler will be sentenced to death penalty. The password from your character if the malefactor has had time to replace it will be returned you.

Attention! All things and money which the malefactor has had time to transfer itself from your character and to sell/spend, to you will not be returned.
Things which the malefactor has stolen and has transferred on the character or the mults will be returned.

Attention! If you have voluntary transferred the character do not give demand also cracking. This fact will be found out also your character will be executed for false witness.

Before giving demand it is necessary for you to make the following:
1) Immediately to replace the password from forum of ViM if your character has been registered at forum earlier.
2) Immediately to replace the password from your mail box which has been specified for password dispatch (even if the infringer has already replaced e-mail address in your registration questionnaire)
3) Immediately to replace passwords from other your characters in game if such is.

In the demand it is necessary to specify:
1) Time and date in which you have replaced the password from forum, mail box and your mults if such is. If you have not replaced till now these passwords, make it immediately and write change time. While you will not make it and do not write change time, your demand about cracking will not understand.
2) Nick of the cracked character
3) Level of the cracked character
4) whether you registered this character or it to you has been presented. If it is presented, whom and when.
5) Accurate date and time when you entered the character last time.
6) whether you Tried to enter into game by the character after cracking? If tried, exact times, in how many it was. Whether it has turned out to enter at you the character into game?
7) whether you Tried to take advantage of service of reminder of the password after cracking. If yes, exact times and result.
8) Describe in detail happened and circumstances of crackingif you have any information. If you suspect someone write whom and why of cracking.
9) Any additional available information.
10) E-mail on which it is possible to send the new password from your character after end of trials. Attention! E-mail should be such which has been established for reminder of the password at your character before cracking. If you do not remember what have been established e-mail at the character write all yours e-mail.
11) the Full list of your mults. You already should replace passwords with them. If you yet have not replaced passwords do not write here the list of your mults since it only will help the swindler to take hold of them, and your demand all the same will not understand, since point 1 is not executed. Characters whom you do not specify, will be executed as mults of the burglar.
